    What's with the low ratings?

    I have been here only once. Maybe they were having a good day? I came here with a friend and I liked the interior. It was modern and quite cheerful inside. I did not have any issues with my pizza either. In fact I thought it was better then many other places around.

    Monroe pizza places are all over the place. What I liked about this pizza is that it was not Greek style, the pizzas were think cut and portion size was good without being gigantic.  I've no idea why the ratings are so low but I'd say try it for yourself. I enjoyed my time here and would be fine with going back.

    Ordered 2 large pizzas this evening for delivery. They were on time and very polite but this has to be hands down the WORST pizza I have ever had. We were only able to eat 4 slices and just threw the rest out. Will never order from here again.

    Used to be our go to pizza place (3-4 times a month) and it was consistently very good - grinders were good too although oddly served with Fries.

    However, this is now hands down the worst pizza - possibly ever. Not sure what they have done but it is terrible. We have tried 2-3 since it went down hill so clearly not a fluke.

    With the last order (over $40) the pizzas didn't have all of the ingredients and what was there was so nasty we didn't eat them.  My wife called to complain and was told they would issue a credit to our card. That didn't happen and repeated calls went from denying they would have ever offered to just not returning calls. Asking to speak with the manager - also no response.

    Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

    I ordered via Grubhub this week and even though I was charged the food never arrived. I will definitely not order from here again and judging by the other reviews it doesn't seem like I'm missing much. Arivederci paisano.

    Ordered via OrderHero which is the service linked through their website. $72 order goes through and then we get a phone call from the store saying that they don't use OrderHero anymore and we have to order direct and pay them. So I had to shell out DOUBLE the amount and wait over a week to get my refund from OrderHero. Why the HELL is your site still linked to OrderHero if you don't accept it anymore? How is that MY problem?

    The pizza is crap, the Chicken Liana that I had was swimming in some salty sauce that made it borderline inedible, and the place is filthy.

    I'm SHOCKED that this place is still turning out food. Do yourself a favor and try one of the many other choices in town.
